Credit card: Accounts are settled at the time of purchase. The date of deduction is subject to the agreement between you and your credit card company.

Product shipping and delivery dates

Products are shipped within 4 or 5 business days of order placement. Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays of Japan are not deemed to be business days. The delivery date and time cannot be specified.

Orders are directly shipped through DHL. After the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. You can track the location of your package by entering the tracking number on DHL's website. Orders are normally delivered in 7-10 business days from shipment. For details, see DHL's website.

Please note that orders cannot be shipped to a post office box.

Our on-line store is operated in Japan. Because all orders are shipped from Japan, customs or import duties may be imposed at the time of delivery depending on the delivery destination. Please contact your local government for more information about applicable taxes and customs duties.

Return and exchange of damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please check that delivered items are free from any defects and that they are not different from your order. If there should be a defect in any of the items, or a discrepancy between them and the ordered items, please kindly inform us thereof within 7 days of their arrival. We will exchange the defective item with shipping costs covered at our expense. If the item is no longer in stock, we will have you return it C.O.D., and then refund the item price and the shipping costs. We do not accept any return or exchange due to your personal preference, including products not matching expectations or mistaken orders.

Please note that any return or exchange of the following items is also not accepted.

  • Any items which arrived 8 or more days ago
  • Any items which have been used, modified or repaired
  • Any items which have become dirty, damaged, creased from wearing, or discolored by ultraviolet light after delivery
  • Any items whose cases, tags, shoe bags or other accessories are stained, damaged or lost

Size exchange

Free size exchange service is available if the following conditions are satisfied.
No shipping and handling charges are required.
Size exchange will only be accepted once per item. We do not accept additional size exchanges after that.
We cannot perform a size exchange in the event that the item in your requested size is unavailable.

To begin the size exchange process, please contact us at “info@calmanthology.com” after checking the following conditions and cautions regarding the size exchange service. Once we receive your email, we will reply to you with the return process.

[Conditions for Size Exchange]

  • Contact us within 7 days after the arrival of the items.
  • Items must be in their original condition.

Please note that size exchange is unavailable if the returned item has issues such as scratches on the sole after trying-on, missing tags, or a damaged shoe box.

[Caution: Size exchange is not possible in the following cases]

  • Your request does not satisfy the size exchange conditions.
  • Your requested size is not available.
  • You have already changed the size once before. (Second exchange is unavailable for items which have already been exchanged once.)
  • Your requested item model differs from the one you originally ordered. (Size exchange is only accepted with the same model and color. We do not accept size exchange with a different model or color.)
  • You placed an order of multiple sets of the same item in the same size.
  • If your shipping address is outside of Japan, taxes and tariffs may be incurred for shipping an exchanged item. Please note that such additional taxes will be at your expense. Contact your local government authority for detailed information on applicable taxes and tariffs.

Other matters requiring attention

Since the colors and textures of the items which are displayed on your screen may differ from the real ones depending on your Internet environment, return due to such difference is not accepted.

Our goods meet our quality standards as well as Japanese inspection standards. Regarding the nature of natural leather, products made with leather have some individual differences. Please understand that such products have color unevenness. In addition, prior to being processed, the animals might be subject to injuries which could result in differences in leather appearance. There may also be blood vessels that are visible in the leather. Leather having scars is also used to make our products if such scars do not affect the products’ strength. In the course of production we will inevitably produce products that have minor cracks or scratches, or whose materials have blood vessels or scars. Therefore, please note that we do not accept any return or exchange due to such cracks and others.

Because the goods published on this website are simply carried by the CALMANTHOLOGY OFFICIAL ONLINE SHOP, we cannot guarantee that items are in stock when you place an order. Please note that some orders may become out of stock before the purchase transaction has completed depending on the conditions of access to this website.
