*Please contact us in advance with your desired product and size so we can check if it is available.
*Please note that we may not be able to fulfill your request due to items being sold out or other reasons.
• Shoe care consultation
We offer cleaning services for both items brought in by customers and items ordered from us, for a fee.
■Shoe care: ¥2,750 + tax per pair
■Steel replacement + shoe care: ¥3,850 + tax per pair
We also offer consultations regarding shoe care methods.
• Repair requests and consultations
We also accept requests for various repairs, including heel/sole replacement and toe steel replacement.
Depending on the nature of your request, we will provide a separate estimate regarding the repair period and cost.
- Fitting adjustment
If you have any concerns about the fit, such as the width or instep, we will examine the actual product and your foot shape and make adjustments to the best of our ability.
*Depending on the nature of the adjustments, we may need to keep your item for several days to several weeks.
