SHOE CARE

To make our shoe care service accessible to customers who have difficulty adjusting their location or time, you can send your CALMANTHOLOGY shoes to our atelier, and we will perform shoe care at the following rates.

・SHOE CARE ¥3,300 + tax (Shoe care required for approximately one week)
We will clean your shoes, adjust the moisture and oil levels, and then finish them off.
We will also do our best to address any issues such as silvering or salt buildup.

・SHOE CARE + TOE STEEL ¥4,300 + tax (Shoe care for approximately one week)
In addition to the above, we will replace or install the original toe steel.
Shoes with half-rubber soles can also be fitted.

*Please note that shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
*Please do not include any items that could be damaged, such as shoe trees or the original box, in your package.
*Depending on the number of pairs of shoes, we may need to keep them for more than a week.

*Please feel free to contact us if you have any other requests or inquiries.

After reviewing this email, we will send you a reply email confirming the details and including the shipping address.

We will perform shoe care as soon as the item arrives, and will contact you again once the process is complete.
Once you reply to that email, we will send it back to you. At that time, please let us know if you have any preferred delivery dates or times.

For payment, we will ship your order via Sagawa Express's "e-Collect" cash-on-delivery service. Please pay the delivery driver in cash or by credit card.
