Payment methods

You can choose from lump-sum payment, revolving credit, or installment payments (3, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, or 24 installments).
If you wish to pay in installments or using a revolving credit system, please select "Credit Card Payment (Japan Domestic - GMO Epsilon)" on the payment page.

Payment will be processed at the time of purchase. The date of withdrawal will depend on your agreement with your credit card company.
Product delivery and delivery date
We will process your order and ship it within one week of receiving it. In the unlikely event that there is a delay in shipping for any reason, we will contact you in advance. We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or times.
*We do not ship internationally.
Returns and exchanges in case of product defects
Upon receiving your order, please be sure to check for any defects and ensure that the item matches your order. If you find any defects or discrepancies with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will replace the item at our expense. If the item is out of stock, we will refund the item price and shipping costs after you return the item to us at our expense. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as "it didn't match my expectations" or "I ordered the wrong item."
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
- Products that have been received more than 8 days ago
- Used, modified, or repaired goods
- Products that have acquired dirt, scratches, creases from wear, or sun damage from UV rays while in the customer's possession.
- Products with damaged, soiled, or missing outer boxes, tags, shoe bags, or other accessories.
Size exchange
Size exchanges are free of charge if the following conditions are met.
There are no return shipping fees or handling charges whatsoever.
*Please note that for subsequent exchanges (from the second time onwards), the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please check the following size exchange conditions and precautions, and then contact us at " info@calmanthology.com ". We will then inform you of the return procedure.
*If we do not have the desired size in stock, we will issue a refund and cover the shipping costs.
[Conditions for size exchange]
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be in the same new condition as when it was delivered.
- Please note that we cannot exchange shoes if the soles are damaged during the fitting, the tags are missing, or the shoe boxes are damaged.
[Important Note: Size exchanges are not possible in the following cases]
- If the conditions for size exchange are not met.
- If we are unable to provide a replacement item from our stock.
- If the model of the item you wish to exchange is different from the model of the item you originally ordered. (Size exchanges are only possible for the same model and color. Exchanges for different models or colors are not possible.)
- If you order multiple quantities of the same product and the same size at the time of ordering.
- If your delivery address is outside of Japan, you may be subject to taxes and customs duties when returning items for size exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for any taxes and customs duties incurred. For details regarding applicable taxes and customs duties, please contact your local government.
Other precautions
The color and texture of the product image may differ from the actual product depending on your internet environment. We cannot accept returns for this reason.
The product meets our company's quality standards and also complies with inspection standards in Japan.
Due to the nature of natural leather, there may be slight variations in the leather used. Please understand that there may be color variations, blood vessels, and scars from the animal's life before purchasing.
We also use any scars from the patient's lifetime that do not affect the strength of the material.
Please understand that we accept products with minor scratches, scuffs, natural markings, or other imperfections that inevitably occur during manufacturing, and therefore cannot accept returns or exchanges for these reasons.
The products listed on this website are available through the CALMANTHOLOGY OFFICIAL ONLINE SHOP, but we cannot guarantee product availability at the time of ordering.
Please note that due to website traffic, items may be sold out by the time your purchase is confirmed.
